Originating in the eastern U.S., American Black Walnut heartwood has a rich dark brown to purplish-black color. As an iconic knife handle finish, it can feature straight-grained, wavy, or curly grain wood. Paired with Whiteknuckler Brand’s mirror polished American D2 Steel blades, each classic knife and 100% leather holster is built to last at military grade. Additional features include brass lanyard holes and scale pins, a mirror-polished finish, thumb grip, heat treatment for hardness and edging, and convertible leather sheath for both horizontal and vertical belt carry. Each sheath is constructed with 10 oz. of domestic leather and made using environmentally conscious natural vegetable tanning.
Additional exotic woods to choose from include Cocobolo, a classic tropical oily hardwood that collectors have prized for generations for its bright color, dense heavy feel, and durability.
